Role Summary

Within the SGS Certification division we are looking for a talented and motivated auditor to work with various clients, mainly in the Automotive sector, but with the opportunity to also progress in our other audit sectors.

Responsibilities

You will be in charge

  • To carry out certification, labeling and compliance audits on the various benchmarks and standards on which SGS operates in the automotive world.
  • Technical monitoring missions of these repositories.

Requirements

In audit

  • Making appointments and preparing ahead of the audit
  • Conducting audit interviews
  • Analysis of the information collected by these exchanges
  • Consulting documents or carrying out on-site observations
  • Assessment of the audited client’s aptitude to be certified
  • Identification of conformities and non-conformities and their extent

Drafting conclusions and proposals for a conclusion.

  • In technical monitoring, on the diagrams on which you will be qualified:
  • Validation of audit files
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting them to your manager and proposing related improvements
  • Participation in internal and customer meetings regarding these plans
  • Contribution to the development of activity on these schemes in conjunction with the sales teams
  • Monitoring team qualifications
  • You also carry out other missions related to the position:
  • Participate in quality monitoring and responses to customer technical requests.
  • Participate in Cofrac evaluations

Profile sought

  • You have recently obtained a diploma in the automotive field (Bac Pro, BTS, License, Master, etc.)
  • You have at least 1 first professional experience in the automotive field (construction, maintenance, after-sales service, etc.)
  • You are based in the Lyon region or the PACA region.
  • You are rigorous, the quality of services and the safety of people are important to you. Integrity is a key value for you.
  • You are a good communicator and diplomat, you like to meet new clients to discover their world. You know how to create a working relationship with them that is both constructive and demanding.
  • You know how to demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing work environments, and you even enjoy regularly discovering new customer contexts
  • You are interested in the field of quality audit and management of a framework
  • You like to work independently (even if you appreciate the support of a group as committed and passionate as you!).
  • You know how to demonstrate coordination and planning and you even appreciate having the freedom to organize your audit schedules
  • You hold a B license
