People Partner Principal

Role Summary

Define and implement personnel needs aligned with business objectives.

Lead the compensation, payroll and budget strategy, guaranteeing salary transparency.

Develop and promote career plans, training and work environment to position the company as a preferred employer.

Strategically advise the leadership team through data and key management indicators.

Manage the talent cycle, from the identification of the need together with Talent Acquisition to integration and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Professional training in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related careers.
• Previous experience leading People Partnering, Compensation and Organizational Climate processes in technology companies or dynamic environments.
• Analytical capacity and strategic vision to make decisions based on data (data-driven).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and current regulations.
