We are currently looking for a Sales Operational Analyst who will contribute to strengthening our commercial processes and guarantee precise and results-oriented execution.

Role Objective

Ensure the correct monitoring of the sales team's data, provide operational support to sales and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes linked to the calculation of variable salaries

Responsibilities

• Verification and validation of sales within the commercial process.
• Operational support to the sales team and SDRs.
• Calculation of bonuses and variable compensation schemes for the sales team.
• Control and monitoring of information related to results and performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales operations or similar roles.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• High organization and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Results-oriented mentality with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent English communication skills
