We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales Trainer to work in the Brazilian market — someone dynamic, with excellent communication skills and who stands out in a multicultural environment.

You will be part of the sales team in Brazil, collaborating directly with professionals who share the same focus on performance and continuous learning. Come and live a unique and challenging professional experience!

What will you do?

Develop and implement onboarding programs and sales training.

Create materials and presentations to support training.

Conduct dynamic and engaging training sessions.

Teach effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Monitor and guide the sales team in developing communication skills and handling objections.

Keep all training documentation and reports up to date.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of sales training experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM (ideally HubSpot).
• Analytical and data-driven profile.
• Motivated professional, focused on results and proven track record of success in sales training.
• English will be considered an advantage.
