Role Summary
High-stakes IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Do you want to manage strategic projects in a demanding technological environment, at the heart of aerospace innovation?
Join the Technical Projects Department of the ALTEN group and take part in the development of an IT center with high added value.
In this context, we are recruiting an Infrastructure Project Manager with expertise in systems, networks and security, reporting directly to the Cloud & Infrastructure Project Director. You will work on critical, high-impact projects with major clients in the aerospace sector.
- Your role: manage, structure, grow
- A true conductor, you are responsible for the overall success of your projects:
- Manage the progress of projects from end to end: planning, monitoring, performance indicators and high-level reporting
- Federate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal, partners, experts) to guarantee smooth and efficient deployment of solutions
- Be the customer's preferred contact on a daily basis, understand their strategic issues and transform their needs into concrete solutions
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables, compliance with milestones, deadlines and contractual commitments
- Ensure budgetary management and contribute to achieving cost, deadline and quality objectives
- Play a key role in the pre-sales phases, bringing your technical vision and leadership to build high-value offers
Requirements
- Your journey
- Bac+5 training (engineering school or Master) in project management, IT or systems and networks
- At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructures and/or in an aeronautical or space environment
- Proven experience on complex and structuring projects
- Your technical expertise
- Solid experience in one or more areas: Hosting, Networks, IAM, Digital Workplace, Security
- Excellent command of IT project management methodologies (ITIL, Agile, V-cycle, SAFe)
- Ability to gain height while remaining operational
- Your state of mind
- Natural leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt your speech to varied interlocutors
- Structured, pragmatic and results-oriented mind
- Taste for challenge, desire to contribute to ambitious projects and play a driving role in their success
