Our campus in Łódź is one of the key production centers of Hitachi Energy in Europe.

It is also the largest headquarters of Hitachi Energy in Poland - over 2,000 employees currently work here and we are still developing dynamically.

  • 4 production plants
  • Global Engineering Center
  • Technology Center

Possible areas of cooperation

Depending on your experience and interests, you can join teams dealing with, among others:

  • Mechanical design of transformers and components - working with technical documentation, selecting materials, creating 2D and 3D models in CAD tools (e.g. Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Mechanical production and assembly - assembly of components, operation of machines and devices, quality control.
  • Maintenance (mechanics) - diagnostics and repair of machines and devices, preventive actions, troubleshooting.
  • Testing and quality control - mechanical measurements, parameter analysis, preparation of reports.
  • Technical and engineering support - optimization of production processes, implementation of improvements and new technical solutions.

Requirements

We do not require you to apply for a specific position - we are looking for people with a passion for technology and industry who:

  • have technical education (mechanics, machine construction, mechatronics or related),
  • have professional experience in a production, design or technical environment (preferred),
  • know technical drawings and mechanical documentation,
  • can work with CAD tools (e.g. Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or others),
  • are ready for teamwork and continuous development,
  • communicate in Polish and/or English.
