Role Summary

• Planning, further development and operational implementation of marketing campaigns and sales campaigns
• Development of new campaign ideas and promotion mechanics
• Development of media plans and creation of advertising subjects for online and offline channels
• Creation and further development of POS and marketing documents in compliance with corporate design specifications
• Support and optimization of the advertising material shop including ensuring timeliness, availability and cost optimization in procurement and logistics
• Implementation and further development of advertising mailings (print, email, SMS) including process responsibility and performance monitoring
• Support and further development of marketing systems (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, advertising material shop)
• Optimization and standardization of marketing processes as well as further development of automation and maintenance of process documentation
• Support in event marketing for internal and external events, especially invitation management and advertising material
• Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to analyze and optimize marketing performance
• Creation, maintenance and further development of reports and dashboards
• Support of employer branding measures in collaboration with HR
• Handling of administrative tasks in the areas of ordering, invoice verification and supplier creation

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Excel as well as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Expertise in the design of advertising materials and marketing documents
• Experience working with agencies, particularly in creating efficient briefs
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Power Automate) is an advantage
• Know-how in reporting with tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense is desirable
• Fluent English skills
• Independent, proactive and structured way of working
• Solution-oriented, team-oriented and responsible personality
