Management Engineer

Role Summary

1. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to respond to business needs through scalable and easy-to-use solutions.
2. Integrate Power BI with sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs and other platforms to ensure a reliable and up-to-date data flow that supports decision making.
3. Optimize and automate reporting processes through efficient models and advanced DAX measures to reduce loading times and improve performance and user experience.
4. Compile and analyze information requirements from different areas to transform business needs into visual solutions that facilitate data analysis.
5. Document models, reports, update flows and business logic, applying governance and security policies to facilitate maintenance, continuity and responsible use of information.
6. Provide support and training to end users to strengthen the use of reportability and encourage decisions based on analyzed and refined data.
7. Participate in the planning, monitoring, execution, testing and continuous improvement of reportability projects to ensure deliveries within the required deadlines and specifications, incorporating user feedback.

Training

• Professional or technical degree in IT, Software Development, Management Control, Data Analyst or related careers.

Technical Knowledge

• Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced DAX for measures, calculated columns and analysis logic.
• Data modeling, relationships between tables, fact tables and dimensions.
• Power Query (M) and connection to SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs and other sources.
