Role Summary

Position Objective

Committed to the projection, design and execution of engineering studies and technical inspection in the field, you must ensure that the processes are carried out in accordance with the policies of SGS Minerals and the principal, and that the work is carried out with safety, quality and care for the environment.

Responsibilities

Primary Actions

• Prepare technical documentation such as calculation reports, technical specifications, data sheets, studies.
• Review calculation reports, technical specifications and review of plans of the different disciplines.
• Review plans.
• Use analysis and modeling software to calculate equipment.
• Prepare and review document for issuance to client.
• Execute administrative and technical management of assigned projects.
• Maintain the culture and leadership that emanates from SGS Global, under the guidelines provided by the direct leadership of SGS.
• Carry out Health and Safety leadership programs with 100% compliance.
• Immediately lift safety conditions or behaviors that could put the life of anyone in your environment at risk.
• Comply in a timely manner with the information requested by both the client and SGS.

Requirements

Formal Studies: Civil Engineer

• Number of years and indicate a similar area or field: At least 2 years.
• Years of experience in a similar position: 2 years.
• Minimum necessary skills
• Class B driver's license.
• AutoCad
• Office user
• Basic English skills
