Expert Innovation Engineer

Role Summary

Lead and control the organization's innovation portfolio, structuring its governance, managing budget control and articulating initiatives with current operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.

1. Lead, control and give visibility to the organization's innovation portfolio.
2. Manage and coordinate the divisional innovation committee for the evaluation and approval of initiatives.
3. Control the budget and expenditure of the projects together with the Management Control area.
4. Diagnose the maturity of the innovation model and its synergy with the continuous improvement system (Lean).
5. Standardize processes, design instructions and promote best practices with collaborating companies.
6. Ensure compliance with the area's KPIs and participate in multidisciplinary problem-solving teams.
