Role Summary
OBJECTIVE
Carry out the execution of maintenance orders, through compliance with the maintenance plan, in order to maintain the reliability and integrity of the production plant equipment, and that these are available for compliance with the production program; In accordance with the standards proposed by the company (safety, quality, productivity).
ACADEMIC TRAINING
Technician / Technologist in industrial mechanics or Electromechanics.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
Experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance, assembly, repair and diagnosis of equipment, interpretation of plans, electrical tests, basic automation, lubrication, emergency response, industrial safety, permit completion and safe work analysis.
WORK EXPERIENCE LINKED TO THE POSITION
Minimum three years of experience in similar positions in industrial plants in the chemical or manufacturing sector.
LANGUAGES
English A1 (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Carry out electromechanical intervention on the equipment, in accordance with the work order generated by the maintenance plan, taking into account the technological and operational conditions of the equipment.
- Execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and/or One Point Lesson (LUP) in order to execute the maintenance plan and/or tasks assigned by your immediate boss.
- Report in the work order the spare parts required for the team's intervention, as well as any new developments/anomalies/suggestions/technical concepts required, so that they can be used as input for the spare parts warehouse process and team decision-making.
- Comply with Industrial Safety standards defined by the company.
- Verify the order and cleanliness of the work areas, to guarantee compliance with the 5S program in the production plant.
- Promote and participate in activities that promote the improvement of the processes carried out in each of the production lines / facilities of the plant.
- Verify that the safety conditions of the workplace are adequate for the optimal execution of the maintenance plan. Inform your immediate boss of deviations in safety matters.
- Report any failure or anomaly of equipment in the production plant to your immediate boss.
- Effectively dispose of spare parts and implements that need to be changed. Report on these to update their availability in the system (if required).
- Carry out activities that are entrusted to you and derive from the nature of the position by your immediate boss.
