For our store in Leverkusen we are now looking for a security employee / doorman / loss prevention officer (m/f/d) full-time 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Visible, friendly and approachable presence at our entrance doors to protect customers, employees and goods
• Preventing losses on the sales floor
• Ensuring the safety of our products in collaboration with our store team
• Achieving effective conflict resolution

Requirements

• High self-motivation and resilience, as well as excellent communication skills
• The ability to act calmly and professionally in challenging situations
• Experience in a customer-facing role, security role, security service, security or training as a protection and security specialist helpful but not essential
• Newcomers are welcome
