Role Summary

The position is ideal for you if you

a successfully completed final examination in a recognized training occupation and then at least two years of professional experience in the security industry or

can provide evidence of at least five years of professional experience, including at least three years in the security industry,

are at least 24 years old

• At least the IHK information in accordance with Section 34a GewO,
• Experience in the security industry,
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Motivation for further training as a certified protection and security force (GSSK),
• Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
• Minimum age 24 years

About the Company

For our customer, a leading global software and technology group, we put together a team of certified protection and security guards (m/f/d) for high-level plant security.

We enable applicants who do not yet have the qualification to become a certified protection and security worker (m/f/d) to participate free of charge in a full-time training course financed by us in Mannheim

After successful completion, you can expect a permanent employment relationship with one of the world's leading security service providers as well as a position in Walldorf, one of the most important technology and software locations in Germany, in upscale factory and property security.
