Light vehicle driver - Ambulance

Role Summary

Drive ambulances for emergency transportation of patients to the hospital.

Drive ambulances for routine transportation of patients.

Move and place patients on stretchers, load stretchers into ambulances, and transport patients to the hospital.

First aid, such as dressing, splinting, and giving oxygen.

Keep the ambulance and equipment clean and in good working order.

Keep sufficient medical supplies in the ambulance.

Control or restrain violent patients.

Report important facts to the doctor in charge of the area.

Prepare written reports on the extent of patients' injuries and treatment administered.

Preparation and review of the ATS / Check List.

Actively participate in EHS 5-minute talks.

Perform other related functions as provided by your immediate superior.

Requirements

• Technical studies in Nursing or training as a Paramedic.
• Have a minimum A2b Professional License issued by the MTC.
• Do not have any faults on your driving record.
• 3 years of experience as a light vehicle driver
• Pass the Defensive Driving Course (CMD).
