Light vehicle driver - 4x4 truck

Role Summary

Safely drive the vehicle assigned to transport own and/or external personnel, complying with current regulations.

Review and evaluate that the mechanical conditions of the vehicle you are going to drive are operational; otherwise, inform your immediate superior of any anomalies detected before its mobilization.

Move materials, equipment, documentation or carry out commissions in accordance with the instructions received by the company.

Record and report to the Shift Manager the occurrences of the work day.

Clean the mobile unit.

Develop Maintenance and Cleaning functions of the unit.

Preparation and review of the ATS / Check List on a daily basis.

Actively participate in EHS 5-minute talks.

Enforce the guidelines of the Driving procedure, as well as traffic rules.

Ensure the total safety of passengers, cargo and the vehicle until it reaches the destination.

Carry out the identification of risks by filling out the ATS (Safe Work Analysis).

Carry the internal defensive driving authorization issued for the Service.

Maintain defensive driving behavior before, during and after operating a vehicle unit.

Maintain adequate contact with the travel manager on medium and high-risk routes and they will inform you of your arrival at the final destination or in case of emergency.

They must carry out a preliminary inspection of the vehicle before starting a trip, in order to ensure that the vehicle is in good working order. If they detect any problem or failure, they must notify the travel manager.

Mandatory participation in the training that is cited and that is carried out regarding the application of this procedure.

Correctly use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the Service, as well as other safety devices required at work.

Do not transport unauthorized passengers or individuals who do not belong to the Service.

Perform other related functions as provided by your immediate superior.

Requirements

• Complete secondary school
• Have 03 years of experience.
• Brief minimum category A IIB issued by the MTC.
• Do not have any faults on your driving record.
• Pass the Defensive Driving Course (CMD).
• Residing in Kiteni or Ivochote
