Prepare and keep technical documentation for systems and applications up to date, such as user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications and diagrams.

Support development and QA teams in organizing and standardizing documents related to the software life cycle.

Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams to understand system requirements and functionalities.

Ensure documentation is aligned with good usability, accessibility and technical compliance practices.

Carry out textual and structural review of documents produced by other areas.

Organize and version documents in internal repositories (such as Confluence, SharePoint).

Support in the creation of content for training and technical presentations.

Completed or ongoing higher education in areas such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Literature, Communication or related areas.

Good technical writing skills and clear communication.

Basic knowledge of documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, MS Word).

Understanding of software development and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Attention to detail and organization.

Knowledge of video editing for documentation and training purposes.

Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut.
