Role Summary
As part of our development with our key account clients in the world of Retail, Industry, and Services, we are looking for a Project Manager with initial experience in the profession and wishing to evolve quickly in a stimulating context.
Within a booming agency, you will evolve in a challenging and friendly environment, surrounded by enthusiasts with expertise in their fields.
Your role and missions
Attached to the Villeneuve d'Ascq site, you will be responsible for managing, leading and coordinating a project team:
You manage the project, respect commitments (cost, deadlines, scope, quality) and ensure reporting.
You ensure project indicators and reporting.
You ensure that technical risks are assessed.
You promote good development practices and ensure secure development.
You improve the skills of your team and evaluate their operational performance.
You validate the deliverables (software, internal and external documentation) as well as their adequacy with the expressed need.
You participate in the permanent improvement of processes, standards and methods, respect them and ensure their application within the framework of managed projects.
You demonstrate innovation in the ideation phases.
You are in regular contact with the customer.
In addition to your mission, you can also work on cross-functional topics, such as pre-sales, become a trainer on topics that interest you or even participate in challenges around innovation and digital.
You are integrated into a Project Manager community, allowing you to discuss the know-how of your profession.
Supported by your project manager and your mentor (whom you have chosen), you actively build your career: you can, for example, train via our internal Academy, or develop professionally through field scenarios.
Requirements
- You are recognized for your listening skills, your interpersonal skills, your rigor and your leadership.
- You have acquired experience with external clients in the management of IT development projects (project management) with the management of internal development teams and/or subcontractors as well as in agile practices.
- Graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in project management.
- You want to join a growing structure, integrate a large group to build your career, for major clients, then join us!
