Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our teams and support the major players in the sector: EDF, ENGIE, ENEDIS, RTE, etc.

Your role and missions

Reporting to the Projects Department, you will take charge of large-scale projects in total autonomy within agile and collaborative environments. A true conductor, you are the privileged point of contact for customers, partners, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage risks, anticipate difficulties, manage changes, while optimizing costs
  • Guarantee the achievement of operational objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Lead comitology (project committees and steering committees)
  • Ensure the economic management of the project: budget, financial trajectory, monthly reporting
  • Build a trusted customer relationship at the highest level
  • Evaluate and support employees (objectives, mission reports, participation in HR committees)

Requirements

Ideally you combine an understanding of the strategic and business challenges of our clients, a general understanding of the technological solutions to be implemented (specific development, implementation of innovative AI, Cloud, Data, MicroServices solutions). You have the ability to organize and structure projects, enabling the success of the project for all stakeholders. You also master the SAFe methodology.

Graduate of an Engineering School or a Master 2, or equivalent training, you benefit from at least 6 years in a similar position. Ideally, you started your career in IT development, which makes you capable today of interacting effectively with technical teams. Having a first experience in ESN or service provision is a plus.

Recognized for your listening and rigor skills, this will be useful for you to better understand the constraints of the different stakeholders while knowing how to involve a collective in reaching the different stages of the project.
