IT project manager - digital transformation M/F

Role Summary

As part of the development of our activities in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager M/F to support the deployment of digital solutions within complex industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Within multidisciplinary teams, you manage digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing business, industrial and operational processes.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for

• Manage end-to-end digital projects (costs, deadlines, quality, risks);
• Collect and analyze business needs;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using digital tools;
• Coordinate the various stakeholders in the project (business lines, IT, suppliers, technical teams);
• Ensure monitoring of transformation roadmaps;
• Organize and lead steering committees and workshops;
• Support the deployment of digital solutions to users;
• Monitor performance indicators and measure project benefits;

Participate in continuous improvement and innovation processes.

Requirements

Profile sought

• Graduate of an engineering school or a Master Bac+5.
• Experience in project management, digital transformation or change management.
• Good understanding of the issues related to the digitalization of industrial processes.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a complex and international environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Professional English essential.
