IT Project Manager - Defense & Security - Ile-de-France

Role Summary

Within the Defense & Security vertical, you manage the teams and contribute to the structuring of the project in a high-stakes context with strong deadline constraints.

Your role and missions

We would like to recruit a Project Manager, in order to ensure the smooth running of the project and to take charge of a team of 5 to 10 people.

• You manage the technical and functional teams
• You follow schedules and deliverables
• You ensure coordination between stakeholders (client, partners, internal teams)
• You identify and manage risks
• You ensure project reporting

Requirements

• You have a minimum experience of 5 years as a Project Manager and a diploma from an engineering school or university equivalent
• You have experience in ESN and/or project management with contractual commitments to respect, particularly budgetary.
• You have the ability to maintain good relationships with team members and obtain their feedback in order to make the best decisions and you know how to motivate team members so that they give the best of themselves.
