Role Summary
Our IT team is responsible for the support and evolution of several essential services for the company, such as operating systems, virtualization, authentication services, databases, monitoring, networks and information security, serving both internal and customer environments.
The main objective of the Infrastructure Analyst – Microsoft position is to work on the support and evolution of Microsoft environments, focusing on the administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure and other services that make up the organization's infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance and continuous evolution of the environments.

Work with the monitoring and customer support team.
Monitor monitoring consoles.
Handle alert events.
Changing hardware resources in Virtual servers.
Notify actions taken to the team.
Monitor the team's Communication group.

Expected experience
Experience in administering Microsoft environments in production.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with virtualization using VMware vSphere/ESXi.
Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
Experience in serving and supporting corporate and customer environments.
Training and courses
Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Networks or related areas.
Courses focused on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure or PowerShell will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties
- Manage, sustain and evolve corporate Microsoft environments and customer environments.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring availability, performance and stability of services.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server and Print Server environments.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments, including managing users, groups, synchronization, licensing and authentication.
- Work in the administration of resources on the Microsoft Azure platform, supporting the support and evolution of cloud services.
- Manage virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi.
- Act in incident resolution, troubleshooting and advanced support related to Microsoft infrastructure.
- Follow monitoring tools and act preventively in identifying and resolving incidents.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for environments.
- Interact with customers, internal teams and suppliers to meet technical demands.
- Participate in infrastructure implementation, migration and continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in on-call shifts, when necessary.
Requirements
Technical requirements
- Administration of Windows Server environments (2016, 2019 and 2022).
- Active Directory administration, including users, groups, GPOs, OUs, permission delegation and password policies.
- Microsoft Login ID Administration (Azure AD).
- Administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, focusing on the administration of virtual machines, virtual networks, storage and identity.
- Administration of DNS, DHCP, File Server (NTFS, permissions and quotas) and Print Server.
- Experience with virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi.
- Knowledge of PowerShell for administration and automation of routines in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure.
- Ability to create, interpret and maintain scripts for user provisioning, information collection, reporting and automation of administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix or similar).
- Understanding networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP and Firewall).
- Knowledge of corporate backup solutions (Veeam Backup & Replication will be considered an advantage).

- ITIL Foundation.
- VMware VCP will be considered a differentiator.
