We are looking for an intensive customer advisor (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. In the renovation team, you work with 15 colleagues. In particular, your tasks here include looking after non-performing credit commitments of our private and business customers with the aim of achieving a turnaround of the private commitment or company, reducing the risk of continuing the commitment or terminating the commitment.

• Professional support for renovation customers from the private and business customer sectors
• Analysis of the assigned cases and assessment of the risk situation
• Initiation of immediate measures to secure liquidity
• Creation of a renovation concept and active support of the renovation activities

• Remuneration is based on pay group 9b TVöD. The annual gross compensation is based on experience and qualifications
