Do you recognize at first glance which creators really suit a brand and negotiate collaborations just as confidently in Polish as in German? As an Influencer Marketing Manager - Poland (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our influencer campaigns for the Polish market - from selecting the right partners to negotiating and evaluating the results. You source independently, build relationships that last beyond a campaign, and continually optimize based on the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: You independently identify suitable influencers for our campaigns.
• Relationship management: You build and maintain relationships with influencers, including ongoing communication with external partners.
• Negotiation & booking: You negotiate conditions and book influencers independently.
• Campaign control: You plan, control and optimize performance-oriented influencer campaigns.
• Success measurement: You analyze campaign results based on relevant influencer KPIs and continuously optimize.

your profile

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in performance-driven influencer marketing on the brand side (ideally with experience in the PL market), including sourcing, negotiation and campaign management in Polish.
• Tools & KPIs: Confident use of common influencer marketing tools (e.g. Storyclash, Linkster), in-depth understanding of relevant influencer KPIs and performance marketing and ideally initial experience with AI tools.
• Platform know-how: Experience with various social media platforms, ideally not just Instagram, but also YouTube, TikTok or other relevant channels.
• Languages: Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and Polish (C1-C2).
• Ownership & organizational skills: High level of ownership and independent working style as well as very good time and priority management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team: Strong communication skills and enjoy working with external partners and influencers, but also within the team to exchange learnings.
