Join us on our site based in Sandouville (76) and become our new member: HSE Project Manager F/M.

With a prefectural authorization for 200,000 T of waste treated per year, the Sandouville plant is one of the largest sites for treating hazardous waste by incineration in Europe. Recovery is a major element of its operation by providing, through a network, thermal energy to the industries surrounding it.

Classified as SEVESO High Threshold, the Sandouville site offers industrialists and communities comprehensive management of their special waste in optimal conditions of safety and environmental protection in compliance with its ISO 45 001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certifications (and MASE as a user company).

Reporting to the HSE Manager, through your daily action you enable secure and environmentally friendly interventions at the workplace for employees and external companies.

To do this, your analytical mind, your rigor in terms of security, your responsiveness and your autonomy will allow you to:

Participate in the assessment of workplace risks for employees and external companies.

Monitor internal and external interventions carried out in terms of safety and the environment on the ground

Evaluate compliance with safety rules and support the implementation of measures to progress on these aspects.

Ensure the management of accidents and dangerous situations in compliance with the requirements of the factory's SMI: identification, analysis, cause tree, information, communication, etc.

Lead the group's health, safety and environment initiatives on a daily basis.

Follow the Single Document and keep it up to date.

Ensure regulatory monitoring within the HSE department.

Carry out checks on site safety equipment and monitor external service providers related to this subject.

Requirements

• If you hold a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level diploma in HSE and have initial experience in industry, ideally in the chemical industry, you are the talent we need.
