Job details

The automotive MCU (microcontroller) market is expected to expand significantly due to advances in vehicle electrification (EV) and autonomous driving technology (ADAS).

We need to further strengthen this business, which is the core of Renesas, and there is an urgent need to strengthen our system for this purpose, so we are looking for people who can work immediately.

In this position, you will be responsible for business and profit management of in-vehicle MCU products, contributing to business growth and maximizing profits.

• Business and profit management of automotive MCU products
• Opportunity management and data analysis
• Commercial support during business negotiations in collaboration with sales (price negotiations, contract terms adjustment, etc.)
• Progress management and reporting against sales and profit targets
• Understanding market and customer trends and reflecting them in business strategies

• Communication skills in English and Japanese
• Work experience in business administration and revenue management.
• Experience in customer negotiations and coordination with internal and external parties
• Work experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry.
