Growth Marketer/in (100% Remote)

Role Summary

We develop Shopify apps for over 3,500 Shopify merchants. As a growth marketer at Herosoftware, you are responsible for ensuring that even more retailers become aware of our apps. You test new channels, run experiments, measure the results and scale what works - with direct access to a team

Responsibilities

• You test new channels and find out what works for our customers - and what doesn't
• You conduct experiments, measure the results and draw clear conclusions from them
• You scale what works and consistently stop what doesn't
• You work across paid, SEO, content, email and social - you're not limited to one channel
• You get involved yourself instead of just coordinating or building reports

Requirements

• Experience in growth marketing or comparable practical experience in testing and scaling marketing measures
• A data-driven mindset – you make decisions based on numbers, not gut instinct
• Independence and desire to implement things yourself instead of just planning
• Ideally experience with Shopify or e-commerce
• Very good knowledge of German and English
