Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

• project HVAC and Building Utilities solutions
• quality-assured planning and solutions, so that we deliver a high standard in all project phases
• contribute to the interdisciplinary coordination in the team
• daily management, including development interviews, salary negotiations and recruitment
• participate actively in sales, offer work and customer dialogues.
• You become part of the management group in HVAC and get sparring and networking internally in AFRY - across national borders. The job offers complex projects, a high level of technical insight and the development of both professional and managerial skills.

Requirements

• To be successful in the role, we imagine that you have solid technical knowledge within HVAC and Building Utilities and
• a relevant education – for example as an engineer specializing in construction/HVAC. experience with planning and project management
• 5-10 years of relevant experience - preferably more, and preferably from a consulting company
• commercial mindset and understanding of sales and customer cooperation
• preferably experience with management, either as a project manager or with personnel responsibility.
• The most important thing for us is that you have the desire to lead others and the motivation to inspire your team towards common goals and professionally sound solutions.

Position description

Do you want to combine professional management with projects within plumbing, ventilation, HVAC and Building Utilities - and do you want to help create the framework for a skilled and development-oriented team?

At Projects & Engineering Industry Denmark, we advise on buildable, sustainable and reliable solutions for future generations. In the team, we primarily work with industrial projects, where the design of HVAC installations and Building Utilities regularly takes place under high hygiene requirements and often involves complex technical calculations. Together with your team, you solve both project, energy optimization and renovation tasks.

As group leader in HVAC, will be responsible for management and further development of a competent team consisting of skilled engineers and BIM designers.

You take on the lead role on HVAC projects and also have direct personnel responsibility. You will be responsible for professionalism, quality and deliveries in the team and for strengthening and maintaining a committed professional environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and constructive cooperation.
