Requirements

• We imagine that you combine technical insight with a structured and collaborative approach to advice. You have a background where you e.g.
• Trained as Engineer, Machinist, Electrical Installer, Automation Technologist or have other technically relevant training.
• Have 5 years' experience or more with BMS, CTS or building automation solutions.
• Has experience from the consultant, contractor or supplier side.
• Has worked with planning, programming, commissioning or operation of BMS systems.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA or similar protocols.
• Experienced with integration of HVAC, energy, electrical and monitoring systems.
• Has the ability to translate complex technical issues into practical solutions.
• The most important thing is that you have solid experience with BMS/CTS and are passionate about developing both people, solutions and business and desire to build a new professional area. You must therefore also be able to thrive with great freedom and high responsibility.

Workplace

AFRY has 9 locations in Denmark. Your permanent starting point will be at our office in Herlev, Herning or Århus, depending on where you live.

Position description

Would you like to help build and shape our new BMS initiative? Then become part of AFRY Places. Right now, we are looking for an experienced BMS consultant who, together with us, dares, wants and dares to raise the bar for intelligent building management, digitization and technical solutions.

At AFRY, we see BMS as a decisive discipline in the construction of the future. That is why we invest purposefully in building a competent professional environment within Building Management Systems. We are now looking for a profile that not only wants to project BMS solutions, but also wants to be a professional beacon and co-creator of a new department with big ambitions.

You will be part of AFRY Places' department for Commissioning & Technical Consultancy, where we work with some of Denmark's most exciting projects within the construction sector, such as offices, hotels, schools, data centers, healthcare buildings, and other complex buildings.

We are specialists in commissioning, technical installations, testing, commissioning and technical advice. We are now expanding our business with a dedicated focus on BMS, and here you will have the opportunity to leave your professional mark on both projects, processes and the department's future development.

As a BMS / CTS advisor, you will be responsible for planning, consulting and quality assurance of building automation solutions across a wide range of projects, where you must solve tasks such as:

Establish and develop AFRY's BMS consultancy as a new professional area.

Be a professional sparring partner for colleagues, customers and business partners.

Develop BMS strategies, functional requirements and technical specifications.

Prepare tender materials and technical descriptions.

Define integration requirements between BMS and technical facilities.

Carry out project management within the BMS subject.

Participate in supervision, testing and commissioning of BMS solutions.

Support digital and data-driven solutions for building operations.

Contribute to the development of AFRY's methods, standards and tools within BMS.

Participate in tender work and business development.

You hereby have the opportunity to help define how AFRY will work with BMS advice in the coming years.
