Role Summary
This is a remote position.
Negentrix Holding is an educational company with the mission of supporting people through practice-oriented training and targeted support in their integration into the German labor market.
Our educational group includes four schools – MBI Academy, IT Career Hub, DWW Academy and Beam Institute of Technology. We qualify our participants for in-demand careers and accompany them from professional orientation to successful entry into the job market.
Our target group are people whose native language is not German, but for whom Germany has become a new home. We support you in gaining linguistic and professional confidence, becoming part of society and building a successful long-term career.
In the nursing sector, we help people to enter the profession from scratch, to continue their training, to have foreign qualifications recognized and to prepare for work in the German healthcare system. Our programs include, among other things, qualifications for nursing assistants and carers, treatment care LG1 and LG2, preparation for the knowledge test as well as professional German for the medical and nursing sectors.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a German teacher who will prepare our participants for training and everyday working life in nursing.
Responsibilities
- conduct job-related German lessons for participants in our nursing programs;
- Design interactive online courses for groups of 15 to 20 people;
- convey nursing-relevant vocabulary and typical communication situations;
- Check learning progress and give constructive feedback;
Further develop teaching materials together with the pedagogical team.
Requirements
- German language skills at C2 level or native language skills;
- Experience in teaching German as a foreign or second language;
- Experience with online teaching and modern language teaching methods;
- Educational, linguistic or comparable studies would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of nursing or work-related German is an advantage;
- Recognized certificate for German lessons such as DaF, DaZ or a comparable qualification is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
