Role Summary

• You provide (food law advice) to our customers (by telephone and by email)
• You are responsible for creating the offer
• You are responsible for planning, processing and organizing customer orders
• You are the interface between customers and the laboratory
• You will help expand business relationships with existing customers

The position is available on a permanent and full-time basis. Remuneration is based on agreement.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a science degree
• You are an absolute team player (m/f/d) who contributes to the team with a high degree of willingness to take responsibility and personal commitment
• You have very good communication and organizational skills
• You are characterized by a goal-oriented and independent way of working
• You have very good written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in a commercial laboratory and with LIM systems (not a requirement)
