Role Summary
The Project Manager, during a six-month mission, contributes to structuring, planning and coordinating all of the organization's communication projects. A true cross-functional pillar, he/she works in close collaboration with the Communications Director and internal teams to guarantee the consistency, quality and effectiveness of the actions carried out.
His role combines project management, strategic planning, operational organization and team support, to ensure the success of internal and external communication initiatives.
- Structuring & coordination of projects
Formalize and monitor the communication plans associated with the various initiatives.
Implement methods, tools and processes allowing for fluid and shared management.
Ensure the coordination of actions between the different stakeholders (internal teams, service providers, partners).
Ensure consistency of messages, materials and timing.
- Strategic planning
Contribute to the construction of the annual communications plan.
Identify priorities, sequence actions and anticipate constraints.
Monitor progress, alert in the event of deviation and propose alternatives.
Ensure a transversal vision of projects to promote synergy between the different pillars/teams.
- Operational management
Manage or co-manage communication projects (events, campaigns, content, internal tools, etc.).
Prepare briefs and coordinate the production of deliverables.
Organize committees, workshops and working hours dedicated to projects.
Ensure reporting and evaluation of actions carried out.
- Support for the Communication team
Support the Communications Director in the overall management of the activity.
Ensure operational continuity on certain subjects in his absence
Provide assistance with writing, monitoring content or preparing materials.
Facilitate the sharing of information, the circulation of documents and capitalization.
- Internal animation & stakeholder monitoring
Maintain regular contact with internal teams to collect useful information.
Supply and animate collaborative tools
Inform and mobilize stakeholders at the right time.
Requirements
- Excellent organization, rigor and sense of planning
- Very good project management skills
- Sense of collective, leadership
- Ability to structure, synthesize and clarify information
- Relational ease and taste for cross-functional work
- Excellent written and oral expression
- Mastery of collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, planning tools)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Profile sought
Bac+4 to Bac+5 in communication, marketing, project management or equivalent.
- Experience > 7 years in communication project management, ideally with experience in an agency and/or client side
- Appetite for structuring, organizing, coordinating and working in a team
- English required, mastery of the Adobe suite
