Role Summary

The Financial Services division is developed around the businesses of retail banking, private banking and specialized financial services. We are participating in the digital revolution thanks to our expertise in process automation, Big Data, AI, Cloud. We support our clients' transformation by combining our skills in the functional areas of Credit, Risk/Compliance and Payment Methods.

Your future working environment

The Paris agency supports several leading companies in their sector in their development initiatives and strategic projects.

In this context, we are looking for a project manager for the Paris entity to coordinate, design and maintain solutions adapted to business needs (Build & Run).

Reporting to a lead project manager, you will be required to work on several functional areas in the banking sector within a human-sized team, in varied environments.

Your role and missions

• As Project Manager, your missions will be as follows:
• You anticipate and detect new opportunities while proposing our commercial offers
• You participate in the pre-sales phases
• You respect contractual commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
• You ensure the analysis and monitoring of risks on your perimeters
• You ensure the costing, management of the budget and amendments within your scope
• You manage the teams and actively participate in their functional, technical and human development while ensuring their mission assessment
• You master the fundamentals of security

You are a stakeholder in the life of the agency: you will participate in weekly management meetings, in the recruitment of new talents as well as in monitoring their professional development.

You ensure the administrative and financial management of your system

You respect contractual commitments in terms of quality, costs and deadlines

Requirements

• You are sensitive to team management and you want to bring teams together, while giving them a clear and precise vision of the objectives to be achieved.
• You are proactive and have good interpersonal skills that will enable you to build a trusting and long-lasting relationship with your customers.
• You are pragmatic and know how to offer adapted, flexible and innovative work solutions to your clients while being an actor of change.
• You are a graduate of Bac+5 level training carried out within an engineering school or equivalent training, you have solid experience in project management (at least 5 years) and you have significant experience in project management with a commitment to results. Banking expertise required.
• Knowledge of the financial sector is required.
