Finance Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our technical support and financial operations team. This role focuses on partner reconciliations, tariff analysis, and operational data checks. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth settlement processes.

Unipesa is a Dubai-based development company specializing in B2B2C solutions for payment services across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. We integrate with local and global payment methods, connect payment agents to service providers, and build communication solutions that enable customer engagement across SMS, messaging apps, and more.

Role Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform regular reconciliations of operations and tariffs, identify discrepancies, and align accounting system data with actual financial results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reconciliations of operations and tariffs within the payment system.
• Work with internal teams on contract-related calculations and verified operations.
• Communicate with external partners regarding settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and ensure accuracy of accounting system data.
• Prepare regular reports and provide transparency on financial operations.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in reconciliations, financial reporting, or similar functions (registers, ledgers, technical or accounting reports).
• Background in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong attention to detail, persistence, and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (for communication with international partners).
• Knowledge of SQL and analytical tools is a plus.
