Role Summary

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our Defense & Security BU within the Lutte Anti-Drone agency. It provides integrated solutions around its C2 BOREADES including detection, identification and neutralization functions of illicit drones for state customers in France and abroad.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be required to evolve within a fast-growing agency which now has around thirty employees.

Responsibilities

• Management of a strategic anti-drone fight project, within the framework of a multi-year contract lasting more than 5 years,
• Contract management and monitoring of customer commitments throughout the project life cycle,
• Development and maintenance of a high-level customer relationship, guaranteeing satisfaction and the achievement of operational objectives,
• Management of the financial performance of the project: budget monitoring, margin optimization and cost control,
• Management of multidisciplinary teams, coordination of resources and management of planning, risks and deliverables,
• Production and presentation of internal and external reports to stakeholders and management,
• Implementation of continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing processes and operational efficiency,

Leading solutions industrialization processes and supporting the scale-up to support the growth and sustainability of activities.

• Technical Environment
• Knowledge of public markets (CAC Armement) necessary,
• V cycle,

• Integration,
• Sensors (radars, goniometers, RF, etc.),

Requirements

• With a Bac+5 education from an engineering school or equivalent, you have a minimum experience of 5 years in project management, preferably in an industrial field (defense, aeronautics, space, telecommunications, IT, etc.).
• Are you independent and have good quality analysis and synthesis? Are you proactive and know how to lead a team?
