Your challenge on the team

RD Station's RevOps area plays a central role in the company's growth strategy, connecting data, operations and decision making and with predictable and scalable revenue growth as the main objective.
As a Business Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring the execution of RD Station's revenue strategy. You will work with in-depth analyses, strategic projects and initiatives that directly impact the company's growth and profitability, collaborating with multiple areas to optimize the customer journey and business performance.

Its main deliverables

Develop recurring operational and business performance reports, supporting management in decision making.

Perform in-depth analyzes of large volumes of data and multiple variables, identifying trends, problems and opportunities.

Develop and support strategic initiatives to improve operational performance and results, working interdepartmentally.

Develop, maintain and improve financial models and results projections, considering different scenarios and business drivers.

Monitor business performance indicators, identifying deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Transform analyzes into insights and strategic recommendations, contributing to the planning and execution of revenue strategy.

Profile we are looking for

Academic background in Engineering, Administration, Statistics, Economics or related areas.

Relevant experience in business, data or operations analysis, including working on strategic and interdepartmental projects.

Solid experience with indicator analysis, financial modeling and results projection.
Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to structure and solve complex problems, using data to generate actionable recommendations.

Ability to communicate analyzes and recommendations clearly and strategically, interacting with different stakeholders and levels of the organization

A difference will be considered

Experience with agile methodologies and project management, especially in interdepartmental initiatives.
Knowledge of SQL, scripts, BI tools or other solutions for querying, extracting and analyzing data.

Experience with SaaS metrics, architecture and data flow.

Skill in storytelling and data visualization, translating complex analyzes into clear and executive narratives.

Experience with validating hypotheses and business experiments.

Final Interview - Final conversation with management for alignment;
