Role Summary

We are recruiting a 35-hour permanent Sales Advisor to join our point of sale located in Lyon Zola.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will join a passionate team at the heart of the Maje universe.

Responsibilities

Your main missions will be

• Welcome, advise and support each customer throughout their in-store experience;
• Identify customer needs and develop turnover through personalized and attentive service;
• Build customer loyalty by offering quality follow-up, including after-sales (alterations, returns, complaints, etc.);
• Offer an exceptional customer experience, as a true ambassador of Maje;
• Participate in the promotion of collections while respecting the merchandising guidelines and the premium image of the brand;
• Ensure the reception, control, labeling and storage of goods, as well as the proper maintenance of stock;

Contribute to the good daily organization of the point of sale (opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness, administrative support).
