Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Front Office und Bar

Role Summary

With your talent you will ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. From the warm welcome when making a reservation, to the friendly smile at check-in, to serving cool drinks in our bar. A varied job awaits you, always in focus: the professional care of our guests. You take care of:

• Supporting our guests both by telephone and during check-in/check-out
• Organizational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office areas (e.g. managing no-shows, answering emails)
• Checking and processing reservations, overbookings and options
• Accounting including administration of cost reimbursements as well as cash management and accounting
• Looking after our guests at the bar and preparing as well as actively selling our Motel One Lounge offer
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural teams

Requirements

• Training in hotel management or interest in a career change
• Ideally, first professional experience in the hotel/catering industry, e.g. at reception/front office or at the bar
• Enjoy a varied range of tasks in a family team
• High quality awareness and service orientation as well as host qualities and passion for the hotel industry
• Open, communicative demeanor and good expression in German and English
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to provide cross-departmental support – we achieve our successes together
