Role Summary

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to change the world for the better? JYSK is looking for a dedicated storekeeper for our team at the Maidan shopping center in Sheptytskyi, Ukraine. In this position, you will be the backbone of our store, managing warehouse operations and providing exceptional service to our customers. • Manage and organize warehouse operations in the store to ensure optimal efficiency and availability
• Receive, unload and process deliveries of goods from suppliers
• Accurately place goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor in accordance with store standards
• Process customer orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain detailed inventory records and ensure proper labeling and organization of merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with high standards of cleanliness and safety in the warehouse and trading floor
• Train and mentor colleagues in safe warehouse practices and proper merchandise handling methods
• Identify and address potential security threats and report them promptly
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide friendly, professional service
• Effectively multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate activities with other team members and delegate tasks when necessary to streamline workflow

• Retail or warehouse experience
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Experience with products and their placement on shelves
• Experience teaching or mentoring team members
• Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems
• Experience working in a dynamic retail environment
• **Education and certificates:**
• Certificate of complete general secondary education or equivalent (preferred)
• Certificate for the right to drive a forklift or readiness to obtain it (preferred)
• **Expert knowledge:**
• Warehouse operations and logistics
• Retail merchandising and product display
• Inventory control and inventory management
