WHAT WILL BE THE CONTENT OF YOUR WORK

You improve the routines of the store and, together with the manager, you focus on achieving great sales results.

You ensure the preparation of campaigns and create a positive atmosphere for the success of the entire team.

You support the store manager with clear communication and effective team management.

You train your colleagues in correctly identifying customer needs and conducting sales interviews.

In daily operations, you are an active part of the team and a good example for others.

You see yourself as a store manager in the future and you are determined to become one.

He has the courage to take the lead and lead by example.

He knows how to inspire and communicate clearly, thereby creating a positive working atmosphere based on mutual trust.

He can take responsibility for the quality of services provided to customers and for the results achieved.

He/she is ready to be available for customers and the team during one to two working weekends per month.
