Role Summary

We can offer award-winning development programs and educational platforms to our students in the dual education program. In the last employee satisfaction survey, our colleagues from the stores rated the area of education and development with 93 points out of 100. We have a built-up network of internal trainers for products, sales techniques and people management. We can rely on the skills of our experienced mentors. We offer achievable and tangible career growth opportunities. Last but not least, we work in strong teams that enable young people to grow professionally as well as personally.

About the Company

For several years now, JYSK has been providing practical training to students in the fields of Salesperson and Salesperson (Sales Assistant). A total of 17 JYSK stores in Bratislava, Michalovce, Košice, Nitra, Martina, Poprad, Prievidza, Trnava, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Dunajská Streda received the certificate of ability to provide practical training in the dual education system, and their number is constantly growing. We have embarked on a new adventure that we are turning into a great opportunity for young students and ultimately for our company.

Since our founder Lars Larsen opened his first store in Denmark in 1979, JYSK has expanded our global presence with stores and online stores in countries around the world.
