Role Summary

As a necessary condition

Readiness to work in a four-brigade system;

Readiness to undergo training on the production line;

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of approximately 20 employees;
• Ensuring process continuity on the line;
• Supervision over the timely implementation of the production plan;
• Supervision of operational indicators within the designated area;
• Ensuring correct records of working time of subordinate employees;
• Ongoing cooperation with the HR Department in the field of employee training, development and assessment of employee competences;
• Supporting other company departments in implementing corrective and optimization actions;
• Close cooperation with support departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, etc.);

Responsibility for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements

We expect from candidates

• Minimum secondary education, higher education in a field (preferred: Production Management, Management, etc.);
• Experience gained in a similar position (2-3 years as a leader, foreman, master);
• Skills in managing subordinate staff (including working with the polyvalence/competence matrix);
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and labor law;
• Very good organization of own work, ability to set goals;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (outlook, excel, word);

Welcome

• Experience in managing multicultural teams;
• Practical knowledge in the field of Lean Management (especially 5S, 5WHY);
• Knowledge of using SAP systems;
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (cooperation with employees of different nationalities) preferred;
