Preparador de Máquinas Injeção Plástica (IM e IBM)

Role Summary

Prepare and regulate machines, installing and starting hot runners. Make Set-Up. Prepare technical sheet. Record machine stops. Restart the injection machine after any type of stop. Adjust process when there is variation in the parts produced. Perform Try-Out. Changing and fixing molds on machines. Regulate machine parameters. Detect defects in molds. Clean machines, equipment and accessories when necessary. Identify mechanical and/or electrical problems and request support from the maintenance department. Handle the Mycom and industrial chilled water system. Provide support regarding product quality to operators. Distribute machines according to the production plan, optimizing logistics as much as possible.

Desirable experience with JOMAR (IBM) and ENGEL, PAVAN, ZANETI, SANDRETO (IM) machines

• Experience in the plastic packaging sector.
• Desirable experience with JOMAR (IBM) and ENGEL, PAVAN, ZANETI, SANDRETO (IM) machines
• Availability to live in Anápolis - GO
