Role Summary

Carry out production inspection (visual, dimensional and functional). Carry out additional inspection by applying the NBR 5426 standard.

Complete process analysis documents (dimensional, functional control and others). Analyze process deviations.

Check the checklist and release production according to the procedure.

Make product entry records for analysis of material from production, using an electronic spreadsheet. Analyze production products for setup layout.

Use measuring equipment (caliper, torque wrench and profile projector) for dimensional control.

Keep inspection records on a specific form. Input results to generate reports through the Datasul system.

Analyze the information contained in the report.

File sector documents.

Condition retained samples.

Clarify doubts from production employees regarding product quality.

Create color patterns and standard formats.

Perform the revalidation of packaging materials.

Analyze and provide try out arrangements.

Prepare and review supplier and finished product specifications.

Provide support in analyzing customer complaints.

Collaborate for safe working conditions.
