Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of our customer service team
• Competent and individual advice for national and international customers
• Link between laboratory and customer – for smooth communication and processes
• Planning, organizing and processing customer orders
• Responsible for checking test results for plausibility and releasing test reports
• Marketing our analytical services
• Networking and project work with Eurofins partner laboratories
• Expansion and optimization of customer management and service quality – with a focus on continuous improvement
• Handling customer complaints and professional complaint management
• Determination and establishment of relevant key figures for the department

Requirements

• Completed studies in food chemistry (ideally with a 2nd state examination) or comparable qualification
• several years of experience in team management
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Knowledge of food analysis desirable
• Professional experience in a contract laboratory, in customer service or in project management is an advantage
• Organizational skills, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ideally experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
• Independent, structured way of working as well as a committed and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a team and very good knowledge of English
