Role Summary

On behalf of BMW Bank, you look after customers with expiring leasing contracts and support them in the next steps.

In telephone conversations, you inform customers early about the impending end of their contract and ensure professional and service-oriented support.

You will advise on the various options after the leasing contract expires and work with the customer to find the right solution.

With your friendly nature, you create a positive customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty.

As a competent contact person, you will answer questions about the expiration of the contract and support customers with their further planning.

Requirements

• Education: ideally completed vocational training
• Personality: open, reliable, customer-oriented, good communicator, certificate of good conduct required
• Experience & know-how: good MS Office knowledge, experience in outbound telephony is an advantage
• Working hours: family-friendly working hours from Monday to Friday, full-time and part-time
