Role Summary

As an important part of our service team, you will independently carry out commissioning, maintenance and repairs on our Bosch thermal technology products after you have received detailed theoretical and practical training.

Your area of application includes exciting tasks in multi-brand customer service (Buderus and Bosch Junkers), in particular the use of heat pumps, split air conditioning units, gas and oil heating systems as well as control devices in existing system systems.

You will act as a competent contact person for our customers when it comes to measurements, testing and self-regulation of thermal technology products and will confidently resolve complaints using your analytical and technical skills.

You can start your assignments conveniently directly from your home. In return, you will receive modern IT equipment and a fully equipped service vehicle, for which you are responsible for the inventory of tools and spare parts.

Requirements

• Education: Completed commercial training, preferably in the field of mechatronics, electrics, refrigeration technology, heating engineering or a related field
• Experience and know-how: Professional experience in customer service; good PC skills; Specialist knowledge in the field of heating technology, control technology, renewable energies and system hydraulics is desirable
• Personality and way of working: You always act in a customer-oriented manner and, with your strong communicative nature, you always find the right words to inspire our customers; You also enjoy working in a team and are actively involved in achieving common goals
• Languages: very good spoken and written German
