Role Summary

At the Innovation Department, we carry out research projects on very broad and multi-sectoral fields of experimentation.

These innovative projects, developed in teams, are supervised by our experts within ALTEN Labs (IDF, Toulouse, Grenoble, Rennes and Sophia Antipolis), and attempt to respond to our clients' challenges by providing them with original and disruptive technological solutions.

Within our Sèvres Lab, you will be supported by an Innovation Pilot (Project Manager) to allow you to develop your skills on the activities of the following project.

Innovation Manager

You will be supported by an experienced Innovation Manager to enable you to develop skills through the following activities:

Implementation of the integration process for new employees within the Innovation Department: preparation of integration, assignment of profiles to Innovation Pilots based on their needs and available skills, organization of their arrival, contact and presentation of the Labs, reception and integration of consultants who start their mission in the Labs

Support for the life of the Lab: organization of local or national events, support and animation of the Lab Community on a daily basis

Management and monitoring of Lab equipment

Participation in the process of continuous improvement of internal processes and tools: collection and dissemination of good practices between Labs, feedback and optimization proposals, monitoring of developments in internal tools (intranet, monitoring tools, Power BI reports, etc.): participation in the collection and expression of needs, specifications, tests and validation according to current projects

Participation in a technical project according to your specialty

Requirements

  • You are a student in the final year of an engineering school, university or business school, looking for an end-of-studies internship.
  • You have knowledge of project management and/or IT, which you were able to apply during your training.
  • Responsive, rigorous, autonomous and with a sense of service, you want to evolve in a challenging environment.
