Role Summary

You identify customer concerns and process inquiries by phone, email or live chat in German and English using standardized solution approaches.

You offer solutions or convey concerns to the appropriate experts.

You are responsible for tracking the processing process in the systems.

Requirements

• Personality: Enjoy dealing with people, customer-oriented, responsible and communicative
• Working style: Quick comprehension, conscientious, service and solution-oriented, good ability to express yourself
• Experience and know-how: Very good PC knowledge, technical affinity is an advantage
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German, very good conversational English skills, as the services are global and the team is international
• Day-to-day work: Willingness to work shifts around the clock (24/7)
