Role Summary

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will accept written and telephone inquiries as well as troubleshooting orders.

You arrange appointments for technicians to rectify the faults.

You process and document customer transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience and know-how: Experienced use of the PC, ideally initial experience in telephone and written customer contact
• Personality and way of working: Reliable, enjoys telephone contact with customers, customer and solution-oriented, structured
• Daily work routine: Willingness to work shifts (Monday - Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.)
• Languages: Fluent in German
