Employee for processing warranty inquiries (f/m/various)

Role Summary

You process warranty requests from Junkers and Buderus customers, most of which are received by email or fax. After carefully checking the customer's eligibility, you will send confirmation or rejection of the request accordingly.

You also take care of special cases that arise and process them until they are clarified.

If the matter is unclear, contact the 2nd level at Bosch Thermotechnik.

Requirements

• Personality: Sympathetic, friendly, loyal, team player
• Working style: Independent, with perseverance, high self-motivation
• Experience and know-how: Good MS Office knowledge is mandatory, experience in dealing with SAP or CRM systems is desirable
• Languages: Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m
